Not having a garden and BBQ was a gross misrepresentation of what had been adver - hugely disappointing. Positive: Location and bathroom. Negative: The property was advertised as having a garden, BBQ/firepit, outside furniture and hammock. All of these had been taken away and the grass was like a hay field meaning we didn’t have the garden space and facilities as advertised. The balcony was unswept. The bushes (brambles in places) around the property were very overgrown making it difficult going up and down the stairs. The plant had grown over the hand rail which was a safety risk - as you couldn’t use it. Despite previous customers suggesting a small table next to the sofa this hadn’t been taken on board.

Perfect little apartment for our long weekend in Pembrokeshire. Positive: Comms was really prompt and helpful from the get go, had no trouble finding and accessing our listing. The accommodation was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Negative: Nothing, had everything we needed.

Positive: Very.nice apartment with good bathroom, kitchen etc. Nice terrace. Very quiet. Negative: You have no contact with any staff. On arrival, the box containing the key was so scratched it was very difficult to see the numbers to enter to open it. Took us ages to do this. All they had to do was to buy another key box. Not expensive. Also, brambles and prickly roses etc were over the steps up to the apartment. I had to cut these away. Not a big job if they had thought to do it. View was pleasant, over fieds, but not stunning. A real exaggeration.

Very peaceful location with a lovely elevated balcony. Positive: Very peaceful location. Being on the first floor gave that lovely spacious elevated feeling, with wonderful light. The views through the trees were stunning. Freshly decorated. Very comfy large bed. Beautiful semi wild gardens to explore. Well equipped and great shower. The balcony was just the place for an evening drink. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. But will suggest the metal gate is replaced to make opening/closing easier. An indoor washing airer would have been handy and also an outside washing line. Though we love wisteria, could it be slightly pruned to expose the handrail of the outside steps. Thus making the steps safer especially when wet. More comfortable chairs or loungers on the balcony would have been good to sit/lay in the sun. There didn't seem to be any furniture in the garden as mentioned in the house details.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and due to the amazing weather, mornings on the balcony in glorious sunshine were delight Positive: Location. Space generous, bed very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped. Shower very good too. Negative: Could have done with hooks on doors. Hogs enjoyed neighbours rubbish. Perhaps a No Noise policy after 11pm?
