Riverside Bothy In Heart of Scenic Harbour Village

We had a lovely stay at this little cottage in Solva. The accommodation was really well laid out for it's size and included everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was fantastic with a short stroll to Solva's shops and eatery's across the river. Lots of walks on the doorstep, including easy access to the sea which was great for the dogs. We'll definitely stay again.

Super gemütlich und zauberhafte Lage Positive: Erst sind wir nicht reingekommen (der Schlüsseltresor klemmte, Problem wurde aber schnell gelöst), danach wollten wir nicht mehr raus. Ein super gemütliches Haus mit Terrasse. Ausstattung von Matratze bis Korkenzieher Top of the Pops! Die Lage ist zauberhaft und die Gastfreundlichkeit der Waliser außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten 5 wunderschöne Tage, Abende und Nächte! Negative: Da gibt es nichts.

We had a very relaxing stay in this cosy cottage. Positive: The location was brilliant. Very easy access to carparking, walks and restaurants. The harbour was particularly interesting.

Positive: Its in an excellent area in lower Solva. Near to pubs and local shops, but not a food shop, this is in upper Solva, but not a problem to get to by car. Parking the car in the local public car park is a good solution as there is no parking outside the Bothy. The car park is a short walk to the Bothy. The local pubs are very good for food. Solva is an interesting place to stay, lots of history and a great walk down to the sea shore. Negative: TV reception poor, dropping out and having to reset it regularly.

Lovely, cosy cottage in a cute village setting Positive: Great location, and perfect for exploring. Negative: No teabags! And no form of cooking oil in the kitchen which I’ve always had at any other Airbnb we’ve stayed in.
