Stylish Family Home Close To City Centre + Parking

An excellent stay all round! Positive: The house was a great layout. It was in a lovely area and accessible to the city. Negative: Miss that it did not have a bath, but it did not effect the stay.

This house is in a fantastic area. It is well maintained on everything you need for your stay. It is warm cosy, just a short walk into the shops and restaurants very well presented.

Positive: Nice quiet location Negative: Nothing

Good choice for our weekend Positive: Location good. Spacious and comfortable house for 7, management team very helpful in sorting problems. Easy parking, good neighbourhood. There is a downstairs toilet which isn’t clear in the information but essential if lots of you staying! Negative: No towels left for three of us- problem solved quickly even though after office hours on Friday. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a 3/4 size bed incorrectly listed as a double. No good if 8 staying. Cooker hob and grill/oven pans were filthy- needed to be cleaned before use. Bathrooms spotless but generally house needed a good clean - windows, ornaments, shelves etc dusty/dirty. Outside rubbish bin full and obviously hadn’t been emptied for some time. Drive area needed sweeping. Reported a drains problem- dishwasher water bubbled up in sink. Nowhere to hang clothes in three of the bedrooms.

Quiet, cosy and perfect for a larger family. Positive: Lovely house in a quiet location. Double drive was perfect for two smaller cars and plenty of on street parking. Rooms all good sizes and bedding/towels clean. Very easy to access the property and hosts were very helpful! Very good price and only 9 minute drive from city centre. Negative: Few of the kitchen accessories need replacing-minor detail.
