Stylish Family Home Close To City Centre + Parking

Best place we’ve stayed in during our UK trip so far. Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood. House is great. It was a comfortable stay. Large well-stocked kitchen. Private driveway. Good location. Just a short bus ride to the center of town. Negative: There was no working freezer. There was a washing machine but nothing to hang clothes on to dry. They need fans in bedrooms for hot days.

Positive: Great house perfect for our group Negative: There was mix up with the cleaner and some beds were un made but this was quickly rectified. Also Melrose Avenue has 2 number 34's. (one is Melrose gardens but this was not obvious to us.

disappointing Positive: the location and the responsiveness and kindness of the property management in dealing with the issues we found Negative: the house was filthy, it clearly hadn't been cleaned and the facilities were wholly inadequate for the size of the party we were, we were left with broken items, missing essentials which had been described on the listing, leaks and other issues with damage and poor maintenance, limited access to the available storage due to the significant number of personal belongings and locked facilities. The only reason I am giving it a 6 is because Sarah and Sally from sea and salt the property management company dealing with things on behalf of the host were absolutely lovely, responded quickly to our concerns in relation to the cleaning issue and compensated us for our inconvenience, apologised for the issues we encountered and were flexible, kind and working to rectify the issues we raised so other people dont experience what we have.

Positive: Off road parking and good location

Great place to stay Positive: Lovely house, very clean and everything to hand. Parking on drive was a bonus.
