Family Beach House | 200m to Sea | 10min to Centre

Due to location could be 5 star but needs a deep clean and has some workmanship issues. Positive: Location was superb. Difficult to find any fault with this position of this property Quaint garden and ideal room layout for a family Negative: Untidy workmanship to homebuilt alterations. Cleanliness and hygiene problems. Dirt and dust to almost all surfaces. Un-useable jacuzzi bath due to the mould and dirt in the water jets. Green mould in shower screen gaskets, dirty areas around bath and tiles. Cobwebs everywhere, fridge never been defrosted. Dirty microwave and oven. Toaster had mouldy breadcrumbs in the base. Electrical fitting in shower exposed and shower brackets falling off wall etc etc..

Positive: We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was in the perfect location—just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was clean, well-presented, and exactly what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and the price was great. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Overall, we enjoy our stay Positive: Location is good, the house is comfortable. Negative: No windows and extractor fans in the ensuite rooms. There is no toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) provided.

A good, quiet location to experience Pembrokeshire and Tenby Positive: Location was good as was out the way of Tenby town centre. Right next to the beach and in a quiet location. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living area for 6 people. Kitchen was well equipped.
