Stylish Central Townhouse + Parking & Bike Storage

Beautiful family house with great facilities Positive: We loved staying in this beautiful house set over three floors. It's so bright and spacious with everything you could need provided. We loved the mix of original features and modern facilities. The beds were so comfortable it was difficult to get up and head out exploring some days! Secure parking close by was really helpful. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. A small problem was quickly sorted during our stay. Situated in the town of Dolgellau it meant that we had shops and pubs on the doorstep. Negative: It would have been great to have a bit of space to use in the courtyard at the back. There are several large bins taking up most of it.

Very comfortable and would defo book again Positive: Exceptionally clean. Everything needed was to hand. Nice bottle of Prosecco was left which was a nice touch Negative: Very clean and within walking distance to all restaurants and pubs with spa literally 2 minute walk

Petites pegues, però recomanable, bona relació qualitat preu. Positive: Situació cèntrica, amb aparcament privat en un pati proper (a uns 70 metres). Casa de tres plantes, prou gran i ben equipada. Banys quasi nous amb perfecte funcionament. Endolls USB per carregar aparells a les habitacions, Bona informació sobre com aparcar. Negative: Falta de manteniment, la façana bruta i abandonada. Reixa d'entrada sense tanca. Falta una peça del pestell del bany de la 1a planta. Rotllo paper higiènic quasi acabat, obligats a sortir a comprar-ne més només arribar. Falta informació sobre quins dies es poden treure els diferents tipus de deixalles i plàstics, paper, etc., per reciclar. Falta informació sobre com tancar i obrir amb clau la porta d'entrada (s'ha de girar cap a dalt o cap a baix el mànec segons sigui per obrir o tancar).

Comfortable but something needs to be done about rubbish collection. Positive: Central location and great house for couples as each floor has its own bathroom. Negative: Recycling info out of date (2024 calendar for collection days) . Two of the boxes were missing resulting in the green bin over flowing in the very small back yard. Bin bags on the ground left by previous occupiers making it very unsightly.

Lovely property in a great location and we were lucky with the weather!
